Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Recruitment, employee relations and Welfare
• Responsible for recruitment process including sourcing, screening, preparing required documents and coordinating with related parties
• Weekly and monthly manpower report
• Conduct new employee induction and orientation programs
• Update and maintain employee records and files
• Handle probation evaluation
• Manage activities to motivate and create a good relation in organization
• Administrative tasks across all HR services
• Others as assigned

Qualification;

• Thai Nationality
• Male or Female, Age not over 25 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource and related
• 0 - 3 years experienced above in HR field
• Able to work under pressure and detail oriented
• Able to work independently
• Able start work immediately would be advantageous.
• Good command in English verbal and written skills
• Good team player, Service mind and proactive person
