Job responsibilities:

• Support users and troubleshoot IT- related problems according to priority/ user/ project requirements (including but not limited to setting server access allowance, email, printer ID and password, assigning telephone number for new employees, briefing new employees on the company's network system and printer, taking care of call center's server, telephone, voice record system, coordinating with vendors etc.)
• Ensure network systems and server function smoothly (performance monitoring) and identify key improvements
• Preserve assets, information security, and control structures
• Server check-up daily
• Periodically perform backup
• Perform other tasks/ admins duties assigned by MD/ GM/ CEO

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or IT related fields
• Minimum of 2 year experience in IT Support / Admin/ System and Network management 
• New graduate is also welcomed
• Knowledge in MS Windows and Office Family
• Good analytical, Troubleshooting, and Problem solving abilities
• Able to work under pressure
