Accounting and Bookkeeping position maintains records of financial transactions which includes posting information to accounting journals / accounting software from source documents such as, but not limited to, customers orders, cash receipts and supplier invoices.

• The bookkeeper creates basic financial reports from the information gathered and reconciles accounts to ensure accuracy
• Provide clerical and administrative support to management, as requested.
• Maintain orderly historical records by filing documents
• Monitor and develop a system to account for all financial transactions by recording cash receipts and cash disbursements, updating the existing chart of accounts and maintaining subsidiary accounts and general ledger
• Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends
• Comply with basic government reporting requirements with supervision from the Financial Controller

• An accounting and Bookkeeping candidate should have at least an Associate's degree in accounting or business administration or equivalent business experience
• Preference will be given to candidates with working knowledge on accounting software, as well as knowledge in Thai Financial Reporting Standards for SMEs
• Has an excellent data entry skill with attention to details and thoroughness
