Agency Relationship Manager, Large Customer Sales

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in a business context, customer retention, and relationship management with the executive level.
- Experience in driving both branding and performance solutions for customers/partners.
- Knowledge of Data/Audience.
- Passionate to drive a successful business with partners as one team.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally.
- Strong communication and project/account management skills.

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
As a Google Agency Relationship Manager, you'll collaborate closely with Media Agency Partners, serve as their ambassador within Google, and advocate for Google Solutions throughout agency partners. In this role, you'll be driving sales, building relationships, working across functions, running market analyses and providing information and being responsive to agency needs.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird's eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
- Build proactive and collaborative relationships with executive agency clients and internal stakeholders.
- Design and develop strategy including joint business planning, commercial deals, and solutions that reflect agency's business and marketing objectives.
- Scale Google Solutions, ensure adoption of tools/best practice to prove Google's effectiveness and efficiency at industry level.
- Work collaboratively with regional/global agency business leaders to drive digital transformation across the key network.
- Help agencies grow their client base, unlock opportunities to drive success to both Google and Partners in both short and long term.
