āļāļĩāđāļāļĩāļāļĩ āļāļāļāđāļāļāļ°āđāļĢāļāļąāđāļāļŠāđ (āļāļĢāļ°āđāļāļĻāđāļāļĒ) āļāļģāļāļąāļWe are looking for a Sales & Customer Management (SCM) Officer in our Chiang Mai Office to ensure a high quality, efficient and integrated customer service experience to all new and existing customers. As the Officer, you will meet/exceed sales and customer management targets across all British Council services. Your key tasks are to respond to all queries, follow up on leads and provide consultations to all prospects. You will also have the opportunity to recommend a course that best suits our customers in order to close deals. Other duties will include handling complaints and feedback, being the first point of contact for credit or refund requests and also to ensure registration of current and new customers are accurate.
- The main duty of a Sales & Customer Management Officer is to ensure a high quality, welcoming and efficient integrated customer service experience to all new and existing customers with the purpose of meeting/exceeding sales and customer management targets across all British Council services.
- To provide marketing support in Chiangmai and contribute to business growth
- To act as British Council's ambassador and provide top quality, welcoming and efficient integrated sales customer engagement experience to all new and existing customers and deliver Sales & Customer Management targets in order to enable the Council to meet its business targets and objectives.
