Job Description

• Develop framework including process and governance structure to ensure the ability to comply regulatory requirements
• Provide consolidated view of process and governance management status for executive decision
• Assess, identify opportunity, and manage issues/improvement actions with other teams under Technology for improvement of process and governance framework
• Being a focal point between functions under Technology and 2nd & 3rd Line of Defense to liaise process and governance management
• Tracking and monitoring process and governance finding

Qualification:

• Master's degree in engineering, business administration, or IT related discipline
• At least 5 years of Banking and extensive experience in Lean, Project Management, ITIL, COBIT, CMMI
• Strong presentation and documentation skills
• Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex data
• Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, ability to take initiative and work independently
• Ability to work collaboratively with others, willing to share information, mentor others and foster a positive team environment
• Experience with JIRA project management software is an advantage
