Job Description

• Oversee day-to-day systems operation ensuring performance is in line with SLA targets

• Ensure the compliance with all security procedures across systems

• Develop and apply procedures for efficient systems installation, operation and administration

• Resolve significant system problems to ensure optimum system operation

• Provide development and testing environments for projects and enhancement activities

• Develop and apply control procedures to manage the migration of applications through the various technical environments

• Maintain and report system capacity response models and system capacity plans

• Communicate planned outage schedule and major issue status to Help Desk

• Coordinate with other IT Divisions in providing system maintenance and support

• Determine systems fail-over and disaster recovery procedures and co-ordinate with System Availability Team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Information Systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

• Expertise & Knowledge of Banking products and banking services

• SQL writing experience UNIX operating system and shell scripting.
