• Manage and coach UX team in designing and run workshops for Personas, Customer Journeys, and Flow designs

• Monitor production of wireframes, interaction models, information architecture, visual design and supporting documentations from defined UX requirements
• Draft user stories, personas, storyboard and flows from requirements
• Conduct usability tests and user research

Qualifications :

• Bachelor or Master degree with minimum 5 years of experience creating user interfaces, large-scale websites, or applications
• Proven experience leading UX on projects with an exceptional portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions
• Strong attention to detail, aesthetic sensibility, and organization skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral and able to articulate and defend design decisions
• Must have a thorough understanding of how to interpret user needs and translate them into requirements
• Familiarity with wire framing and drafting tools such as Axure, is a plus
• Ability a multi-task in a fast-paced/team setting environment
• Able to prioritize and adapt to changing objectives with a flexible positive attitude
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, making deadlines consistently
• A team player that enjoys a collaborative design process
