Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop active pipeline, screen, identify, and drive execution of investment and M&A opportunities to support Bank's overall growth strategy
• Formulate strategic investment framework and facilitate the execution (e.g., SME funds setup, global direct investment framework, Social Enterprise fund setup)
• Identify new high-impact strategic opportunities (e.g., innovative business model)
• Work closely with business units to understand current pain points, opportunity with potential partners
• Develop detailed concept and workplan, and get buy ins from key functions,
• Develop partnership principle and way of working in order to clearly communicate to key functions

Qualifications:

• Prefer internal resource with 2-5 years of experience
• Good mix of retail, SME, wealth, corporate, or IT background
