• Process assessment to understand, analyze and document the Blue Prism Robotic Process Automation with Blue Prism.
• Identify the current-state process and collect functional requirements and business metrics from the process owners
• Identify additional process improvement opportunities (both technical and non-technical) to drive efficiency and stabilization prior to and throughout RPA
• Translate the business problem into Technology Problem and provides a high-level solution
• Validate the solution does what was intended to do
• Coordinate between the stakeholders requesting a solution and the ones delivering the solution
• Be in charge and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance the integration
• Implement a comprehensive management plan for each project and support/manage stakeholder meetings to keep all interested parties updated in project progress
• Create detailed documentation to support process automation from design through test phases
• Determine and document user requirements for business processes and abide by those requirements for future projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Financial, Banking or Economics or Business or related filed
• 0-3 years' experience as high performing analysts in consulting, business development or strategic planning
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai
• Good personality, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good coordination and facilitation skillAble to work independently and work well under pressure
