• Determine, negotiate, and agree in the quality procedures and standards.
• Define and lead best practices.
• Identify requirements to achieve satisfied level for support team to achieve project goals.
• Define and explore testing techniques and testing tools to achieve best results.
• Work with cross-functional working environment, participate requirement analysis and product design, designing/implementing continuous integration/deployment process, leading team's quality, and monitoring product performance and issue in the production.
• Provide regularly quality report and feedback to team.
• Create testing strategies and detailed test plans.
• Co-ordinate with SCB IT department for technical information and supporting System Integration Test, and User Acceptance Test.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 5 years in Software Quality Assurance role.
• Experienced with Agile and cross-functional team environment.
• Experienced with JIRA or other tracking software.
• Experienced with designing and implementing automatic testing.
• Experienced with both functional and performance testing.
• Experienced with RPA automation tools such as Blue Prism, Ui Path, Automation Anywhere.
• Demonstrate communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrate organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrate ability to work independently and in a team environment.
