The key person managing risk management of Interest rate risk in Banking Book (IRRBB) and support team to monitor and control overall liquidity risk.

• Manage and review IRRBB policy and guideline including monitor, control and support the risk management and governance in Bank and Subsidiaries.
• Study and lead system implementation of new IRRBB requirement using new ALM system
• Prepare periodic IRRBB reports and Stress test results for BOT and management committees
• Prepare IRRBB disclosures for bank's annual report, pillar 3 disclosure and financial statements and conduct peer analysis relating to IRRBB sensitivity and Balance sheet.
• Support team on analyzing, monitoring and controlling liquidity risk metrics (i.e., LCR, NSFR and other liquidity indicators)
  

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in finance/banking, accounting, statistics, or related field
• Experience in risk management, particularly credit risk management, of 3-5 years is preferable
• Familiarity with banking businesses and regulations (BASEL) is strongly preferred
• Good command of English both writing and speaking
• Self-motivated, customer focus, and analytical
