Job Description

Responsibilities:

• To build and sustain agile values, practices and culture (Trust, self-organizing team, collective ownership, team work, fun and etc.) to create the high performing software engineering teams in organization
• Ability to influence, mentor and coach software engineers for engineering best practices
• Ability to organize and facilitate technical courses and events
• Work closely with Agile coach, Delivery team, HR and related team to build high performing software engineering teams
• To promote and support engineering best practices and techniques in organization (e.g. TDD, Clean Code, Pair Programming, Design Pattern, Refactoring, Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, Automated Testing and Develop etc.)
• Building the technical professional network with Thailand's technical communities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Technology or related field of study
• At least 5 years of experience as Software engineer
• At least 2 years of experience in management level on agile software development team
• Strong knowledge in Agile mindset, engineering practices and methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle
• Good knowledge of Microservice Architecture, Software quality control, Automate Testing, DevOps concept, CI/CD Pipeline, Docker and Cloud
• Programming languages: Java, C#, ReactJS, AngularJS, Mobile development (IOS / Android)
• Positive, Service minded with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Eager to learn new technologies and being taught new things
• Willing to travel for business trip (domestic or international)
