Responsibilities:

• Contributes to the design, roll-out and governance of financial solutions, including:
• Participates in formulating and setting strategic direction for the process, organization and architecture covering Finance across Citi businesses, products, functions and locations
• Assists in setting business and information architecture standards for Finance
• Plays a part in settling and operating necessary forums and frameworks to establish and govern policies and starts for global Finance processes
• Participates in assessing and incorporating changing business, regulatory and market information needs into finance processes and applications
• Identifies and resolves problems using autonomous judgment.
• Implements work flow or process change and redesign, and uses a thorough knowledge of the specific function.
• Accountable for regular reporting or process administration as "owner".
• Assists in the management of one or more processes, reports, procedures or products.

Qualifications:

• 2-5+ years of experience
• Proficient knowledge of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the goals of the area
• Has working knowledge of industry practices and standards.

This role is to support the Automation Project on Local Regulatory Reporting in Controllers team. Key responsibilities will include tracking project milestones and BAU deliverables, identify and manage issues and proactively mitigate project risks, escalate issues where appropriate.

• Requirements Phase
  • Gather the regulatory notifications and guidance, reports and related templates
  • In consultation with relevant Subject Matter Experts, support the Global Finance Technology – Business Analyst (GFT-BA) team in understanding and interpreting the regulatory report requirement and help in identifying the data source requirements. Build the knowledge of how the current process works for leading the automation work effort scoping
  • Support GFT BA and Development on questions or issues, help create mapping tables as may be required during the Requirement Analysis of the report.

• Rules Development Phase
  • Support in investigating the reason for the differences in BAU results versus the draft rules that the GFT Business Analyst team will write.

• Testing Phase:
  • Conduct Functional and User Acceptance Testing for
  • Support the Country BAU report Makers during the Production Acceptance Testing.

• Knime Coordinator:
  • Project coordinator for Knime digitization of Excel files and EUC's used in financial reporting.
  • Gather the scoping requirement for scoping the Knime workplan working with the project business analyst teams.
  • Perform the UAT testing in Knime for BAU processes
