Jobdescriotion

• Monitoring for preparation and process purchasing order and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitoring purchasing process for office equipment, stationary, safety equipment, printing media, Catalog etc.
• Sourcing, selecting and negotiating for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, delivery and services with suppliers.
• Understanding the Purchasing function (sourcing and selection processes, cost negotiation and analysis).
• Coordinatng with concerned department and establishing and maintaining proper relations with suppliers or their representatives.
• Developing vender sourcing, and reviewing the automatic reordering process.
• Managing the procurement process to reduce the time consumed by purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Responsible for sourcing and negotiating with suppliers for best prices & services
• Ensure supply to factory and keep good service level
• Evaluate and monitor supplier’s performance for quality and service improvement
