To perform business and customer insights analysis from multiple sources of data by understanding business issues and transform data and information into meaningful insights.

• Ad Hoc requests from company user or line Management
• Assist with field validation or reconcile of data for improvement data quality
• Support data collection, processing and analysis within different technical for routine report and pre-analysis
• Ability to understand the customer insight, market segmentation, business insight through complex analysis

• Bachelor or Master Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration or related fields with experience in turning data and information into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations
• Backgrounds in data analysis with hands-on experience with SQL language, data analytics, and Business Intelligence concepts
• Good English communication in both verbal and written forms
• Experience in Business Object and Teradata Database is a plus
• Experience in Programming is a plus
