Execute campaigns for new product launches and creative selling campaigns. This function is to mainly drive the two products of online sales: dtac online store and iRefill (online top-up service on web).
- Overall control in e-commerce channel with end to end business process.
- Driving traffic to our e-commerce website by optimizing comprehensive online marketing programs using all applicable mediaâSEO, social, email, display and PPC.
- Flawlessly manage the execution of all of the above; including ongoing collection of email addresses across all channels and customer segments while generating a positive return on all spend.
- Create marketing campaigns for new product launches and create creative selling campaigns.
- Work closely with team design team and copy writer as it relates to writing and optimizing website look& feel and content to ensure both search engine visibility and favorable user experience.
- Track, evaluate and report on all marketing initiatives with the goal of growing the number visits, improving conversion rates, increasing average order value and optimizing spend efficiency.
- Work as team with other members of the device marketing, Trade and channel management to plan and implement online sales campaigns.
- Stay on top of developments in online marketing, identify new online marketing opportunities and trends.
- Minimum of 3-5 years in eCommerce business or with online marketing experience.
- Critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills; passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work independently (self-starter) and as part of a team in a multitasking environment.
- Comfort with all Microsoft Office programs and Google Analytics.
- Passion in online.
- Good command of English language.
