Responsible for coordinating with sales team, production team and internal teams to provide sales activities including quotation, purchasing order processing, sample delivery/product delivery process, and informing and following payment from customers.

Responsible for providing as a front-line support to customers including transferring customers' inquiries, complaints, customers' requests to appropriate staff. Responsible for business documentation and filing system.

• Respond, monitor and periodically report overall customer service performance to supervisor(s).
• Coordinate with sales team and customers regarding quotation, purchasing order processing, samples, claims, etc.
• Coordinate with internal teams including production team, sales team to provide target delivery date to customers and ensure that the product will be delivered to customers on time and in the agreed condition.
• Coordinate with internal team to provide product supports and technical supports go smoothly including transferring customers' inquiry, complaints, requests to appropriate staff.
• Follow-up with customers for other general sales activities including tracking payment schedule, informing and following payment from customer.

• Good command in Chinese (HSK4+) and English language in writing, reading, listening and speaking or TOEIC score >=650 (or other language required)
• Good knowledge and execution of document filing system.
