Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions/Results:
To provide setup and support for new IT products and campaigns.
To provide second-line support for users for all system support issues.
Assist in business process improvement.
Gather and document business change requirements for core applications systems.
Provide support and mentoring to new Applications Support members to ensure that all configuration data are correctly.
To ensure IT compliance with corporate governance and best practices.
To assist in any area of IT as directed by the IT Applications Support Manager.

Qualifications / Specific Requirements:

3 - 5 years IT working experience in Application Support or Junior Programming
Good understanding of SQL Server and DB2 database management systems
Knowledge of minor programming/scripting with skillful of SQL, MS
Client focused and support orientated
Ability to support and maintain relationships with both internal and external customers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Experience in an Enterprise Services environment
