Boutique Supervisor plays an important role in inspiring and managing the boutique team to achieve the mission of the brand, and is the secondary driver of effective day-to-day operations in the boutique to reach service destination as planned. As a bridge between the Boutique manager and the Boutique team, the Supervisor supports the Boutique manager to reinforce, communicate and execute The Chanel Difference on the Boutique floor to ensure luxury retail leadership and to accomplish service destination goal.

Responsibilities:

• Uphold the image of the brand (Visual Merchandising + Boutique Maintenance + Grooming)
• Manage and inspire the Boutique team
• Build a Client-centric Boutique team
• Properly manage Merchandise & Inventory
• Effectively manage day-to-day Operations
• Necessary report daily/ weekly/ monthly
• Foster close partnerships with team and management

Qualification:

• University graduate a plus
• Fashion / retail / luxury background is a must.
• Minimum 3-year experience in managing a team of no less than 10 members
• Functional Competencies: Leadership and Management / Image and Merchandising / Customer Service / Operations Management / Business Acumen / Learning Agility
