We provide career opportunities for highly motivated, design driven individuals and are currently looking for the following people to join our ever-expanding team

• Take responsibility for contacting with the overseas and local suppliers. Ensure all products are arrived on time.
• Manage daily operations, including logistic co-ordination, liaison support to other functions in the company, price/cost analysis, contract negotiation, and policies and procedures compliance.
• Provide efficient logistic coordination and reduce costs to achieve company objectives.
• Prepare local and overseas purchase order and stock report.
• Import / Export arrangement. Coordinate with freight forwarders and Shipping Dept to ensure necessary shipping documents are provided for smooth customs clearance.
• Knowledge of shipping, customs regulations, import & export process is a must.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related fields
• Age 25-30 years
• At least 3 years of work experience in related field.
• Having a background in luxury furniture would be an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good computer skill in Microsoft Office, Excel in particular.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• High responsibility and ability to work as a team and maintain a good relationship with suppliers.
• Be proactive in problem-solving, service-minded.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
