On-site service, as well as contractor coordination and manage installation process according to specification and plan (Project Coordinator)

• Good knowledge of smart homes and the ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise.
• Be able to communicate clearly with clients.
• Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

• Bachelor degree in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering, System Engineering or related field
• Having experience with the lighting control system
• Having experience installing and troubleshooting motorized shades
• Ability to troubleshoot low voltage systems
• Has basic knowledge of pre-wiring, trim, and doing finals
• Understanding of High Voltage (Lighting)
• Is good with basic hand tools and a drill
• Strong understanding of A/V signal flow
• Programming experience is a plus
• Filling out all work-orders on a daily basis and communicating to the appropriate parties with follow up if necessary
• Able to understand electrical schematic drawing
• Supporting integration and run-off of projects
• Familiar with Windows and Mac-OS
