• Responsible for maintain assembly machine.
• Keep the tooling running in normal status, to insure smooth production
• To plan and carry out the mold repairing and maintenance
• Solve the tooling problems during production
• Take part in new tooling acceptance, tooling repairing, restoring and improvement
• To work with production and quality personnel to identify, prioritize and correct manufacturing / tooling issues which create quality problems
• Participate in doing tooling trial run
• Create and maintain documents of tool management
• Create tooling spare parts control system and keep the spare parts balanced in both cost and safety stock.
• To support tooling supervisor with their daily work.
• To carry out and ensure good housekeeping in working area.

• Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 30-45 years old
• Bachelor degree above (an engineering).
• More than 8 years in manufacturing company,
• At least 5 years in automotive industrial with mold injection processing, maintenance.
• Familiar with mold maintenance procedure.
• Familiar with TS16949/ ISO14001
• Good English reading and talking (Advanced Conversation-low)
• Familiar with injection molding process.
• AutoCAD skill.
