• Planning, organizing, coordinating and directing the maintenance of plant equipment.
• Handle and maintenance for electrical system of plant
• Creating and executing engineering project work plans and revising as appropriate to meet changing factory needs/requirements.
• Supervising and managing the entire Maintenance department operations (determining workload, scheduling work and implementing policies).
• Answering questions and providing information related to equipment operation, handling complaints and providing technical expertise to Production.
• Ensuring that project documents and ISO documents are completed, maintaining up-to-date quality documents and log sheets and storing appropriately.
• Being responsible for cost justification and the usage of spare parts, compiling specs, and ordering and overseeing the installation or relocation of the equipment.
• Coordinating and completing projects by setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities and monitoring project progress.
• Ensuring that maintenance staff and subcontractors work in a safe manner, and follow safety requirements, regulations and other legal requirements.
• Any assignment from management and directly report to Vice President.

• Thai nationality, Male, age 38-47 years old
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or another related field.
• At least 10 years' experience with electrical system and in Manufacturing.
• Strong background in productivity and quality improvement system management.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills.
• Advanced conversation level of English communication and computer proficient.
• Flexible to travel on a regular basis to cover company branch.
