• Perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling sales and legal related paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement), submitting regular progress reports
• Work closely with Project Director to prepare comprehensive actions plans, including scope, stakeholders, resources, timeframes and budgets for projects
• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, objectives and tasks
• Liaise with vendors and multiple team to check progress, managing specification and handling risks and issues to process projects forward ensuring QCD (Quality Cost-Delivery)
• Support communication among Japanese and Thai stakeholders to eliminate misunderstandings.
• Act as translator from/to Japanese from/to Thai in the meeting, Translate Japanese documents into English or Thai
• Clarify and analyze the existing project rules and procedure and work on enhancement

• Thai nationality, male/female, 30-40 years
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT or related field
• 10 years experiences in IT such as IT consultant / Project Manager or any Operation department in Bank
• Experience in IT industry such as data migration/system integration or any related
• Experience in Japanese company especially Bank or working for Japanese customer is a plus
• Good command of English and Japanese (N2 is required)
• Having coordination skill with multiple teams
• Having excellent communication and negotiation skill
• Good interpersonal skill, Solution oriented, Quick learner, Proactive, Analytical and Logical thinking, Self-driven individual
• Good skill in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Be able to go abroad for business trip
