• To lead on the plan, improvement, conveyance and assessment of administration programs guaranteeing these are conveyed to the highest quality
• To lead and act as Programmer Director for programs and consultancy projects within the company
• To plan and develop resources to deliver consulting KPIs, account management and sales KPI
• To build up consulting team and provide training plus training on the spot for consultant.
• To analyses customer acquisition plan and process to provide valid solutions to customers in terms of problem analysis, solution architecture and advising on delivery and execution
• To attend monthly group gatherings, to draw in with and add to the matter of the division and the more extensive company's projects of work.
• To precisely cost new work and deal with the financial plans to guarantee overall revenues and money related commitment targets are accomplished.

• Thai nationality, Male/female, age any
• Degree in Business Administration from business school
• At least 5 years' experience as consulting manager
• Have direct experience in consulting, incubation, VC, and start up space
• Excellent management and organizational skills
• Self-motivation
• A good team player and team leader
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills, think creatively
• Able to identify and solving problems
