About the company Products: Manufacturing of automotive parts (Metal Press) Business Type: Automobiles / Automobile Parts;

Workplace Area: Pinthong Industrial Estate 3, Chonburi Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Saturday Working: Average 1 time per month )

• Planning and organizing monthly production schedule by following company's strategy and client's request
• Analyze and manage production control activities to improve all process and run time
• Coordinating with client and each internal section regarding production plan and schedule
• Manage cost of production and material
• Put proper manpower in production line
• Take responsibility for safety of factory site, keep standard of ISO and make ISO documentation
• Communicate with client to control production as they request
• Control and determine production standards on basis of company strategy
• Make a plan for training, monthly action for other staff
• Implement final check of product and production quality
• Supervising the work of junior staff and operator, planning training and evaluation for all staff in factory
• Making a report to Japanese manager regarding planning and cost forecast
• Other task as Japanese manager assign

• Thai nationality, male/female, 30-40 years
• High school or upper level
• Advanced Conversation Level of Japanese (Med-High)
• Basic Level of English (Be able to read the drawing)
• At least 5 years experiences in production line of any manufacturing
• Used to manage team in production
• Be able to commute to work by themselves
• Having driving license
• Preferable Skill / Experience: Have good knowledge of ISO
• Press Processing , Metal Sheet Processing knowledge is high advantage
