• Designs and implements programs that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage an organization's talent pool.
• Evaluates and provides reports regarding the effectiveness of the organization's talent strategies.
• Implement career development plan in order to encourage employee's growth to their highest expectation
• Design and operate career management programs and internal certificate
• Responsible for the development of training programs aimed at aligning talent management with organizational goals.
• Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.
• Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
• Manager progress of training courses as training master plan
• Arrange and execute internal and external training programs.
• Manage HR related documents to be up-to-date
• Plan and organize company events, such as outing, all employee meeting.
• Other tasks are assigned by manager.

• Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 28-34 years old
• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 3-5 years relevant working experience with 3 years in HRD function such as Career Development / Talent Management
• Well versed in PC applications
• Good command of spoken & written English
• Careful, Independent, Mature, Analytical, Tactful and willing to take up challenge
• Proactive, Structured, Well-organized and resourceful problem solver
• Able to communicate with all levels of people
