- Leading and supervising a team of customer service staffs
- Set reasonable customer satisfaction goals and work with the team to meet them on a consistent basis
- Analyzing statistics and prepare reports to determine the level of customer service organization is providing
- Improving customer service procedures, policies, and standards for company or division
- Meeting with branch manager to discuss possible improvements to customer service
- Involvement in staff recruitment and appraisals (Annual PMR)
- Motivating the team, to make sure they abide by all company policies and procedures.
- Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35-50 years old
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 8 years' experience in Air import customer services
- Graduated in logistics, International business, or related
- Good English skill in communication
