POSITION PURPOSE

The Reservation Supervisor provides managerial assistance and support to the Reservations Manager as required. The position is responsible for all reservation activities in relation to all PEAK brands as well as reservation activities in relation to FIT, internal and external trip series and other as directed by the Manager. The position purposes are to accurately and efficiently confirm bookings of all suppliers for series bookings and FIT trips are scheduled and to ensure the budgeted costs are correct and that all information relating to the booking is recorded in the company database and system.

QUALIFICATIONS, TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Essential

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Reservations field or Operations field in tourism industry
• Solid written and verbal communication skills both in Thai and in English
• Be computer literate (especially: Word/Excel/Email) is vital.
• Destination knowledge

Desirable

• Having knowledge about the logistic, how to run the trip.
• Flexible in any special projects work when required
