Overall

purpose of jobs:

The

responsibilities include the coordination and completion of OLIC project on

time within budget and scope. Oversee all aspects of project. Set alignment

timeline, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of

project. Prepare reports for both local management lead and regional lead.

Essential

duties & Responsibilities:-

Coordinate with internal, IM

(internal manufacture), GS (Graphic Service) and ESI group for the flawless

execution of projectsEnsure that all projects are

delivered on-time, within scope and within budget with no supply interruption

during transitionAssist in the definition of

project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders Develop a detailed project

plan to monitor and track progressManage changes to the project

scope, project schedule Measure project performance

using appropriate tools and techniquesReport and escalate to

management as neededManage the relationship with

all stakeholdersPerform risk management to

minimize project risksEstablish and maintain

relationships with external manufacturerDelegate project tasks based

on junior membersTrack project performance,

specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goalsDevelop comprehensive project

plans to be shared with management both LOC and regionalAttend conferences and

training as required Perform other related duties

diagrams and process maps to document needsTo manage/monitor all tasks

in change control in TrackwiseTo manage/monitor AW in

QualificationsRequirements:

Proven working experience in

project management (at least 2 years)Excellent internal

communication skillsExcellent written and verbal

communication skillsSolid organizational skills

including attention to detail and multitasking skillsStrong working knowledge of

Microsoft Office (Microsoft Project)Bachelor's Degree in

appropriate field of study or equivalent work experienceSAP knowledgeGood command of spoken and

written English
