MS&T Process Scientist

Job Description

• Responsible for process improvement, technology transfer from site-to-site, and initiative to enhance end-to-end supply chain agility and competitiveness; for both In-house and External manufacturing located in Thailand.
• Perform technical feasibility study which including but not limited to collect and review historical data of product stability/ process performance.
• Involve in formulation & raw material review and process design for manufacturing scale up mixing process. Perform laboratory batch study and manufacturing plant scale up trials.
• To ensure all the mixing operation systems and related document(s) are updated accurately prior to scale up activities.
• Support Technical assessment for formula bracketing and matrixing strategy for the mixing scale up activities
• Execute product technology transfer project as per project timeline. Ensure completeness of documentation on timely basis.
• Identify and/or implement initiative about process efficiency improvement, capacity expansion, cost reduction, and process implementation (validation) on area accountable for.
• Support business continuity plan on material and process trouble shootings studies.
• Team lead with 2-4 reports; together with coaching, mentoring, and developing team capability to deliver business result.
• Drive best practice and capability development in team.
• Influence and manage stakeholders in several functions

Qualifications

Qualification

• Degree in Science preferable in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering education background
• Good communication and working on document in English
• Good time management & interpersonal relationship with positive leadership/attitude.
• Strong trouble shooting & analytical skill
• Team management and multi-tasking skills
• 5-year working experience on manufacturing process or formula design
