Marketing Management Trainee

Building future marketing leaders

This program offers you the opportunity to get going quickly with responsibilities that can quickly build marketing skill sets and leadership capabilities.

This is 18-month rotational program, empowering leaders through challenging assignments, advanced training, and mentoring. Your skills and performance are evaluated following each rotation through measurement of achievement of business objectives and results. The program includes a few rotations which can and will span multiple brands and functions within consumer marketing department. You will also receive formalized training to develop broader marketing and leadership skills.

Report directly to senior managers

• You would collaborate in the management of new or existing brand portfolios, and the development and execution of overall marketing strategies and tactics.
• You will be a great partner for external advertising/promotion and design agencies for consumer and trade promotion execution, while also conducting in-depth business analysis for assigned product line.
• You would partner and lead cross-functional teams including Sales/Trade Marketing/Regional Marketing/Regulatory/Supply Chain and Financial disciplines for new products and marketing development.
• You would handle the overall brand budgets, support organizational initiatives that assist in the development of people and programs.

Qualifications

Essential knowledge and skills:

• Minimum of master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance
• A few years working experience is a plus
• Strong interest to grow career in commercial functions and able to work under pressure and business dynamic
• Excellent command of business English & Thai – speaking, reading and writing
• Strong leadership experience and potential; for example, had held key leadership roles in extracurricular activities, voluntary work or other significant undertakings
• Ability to work in a team setting; has contributed to the achievement of a team's success
• Self-starter, fast learner and has a bias for actions and results
• Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
