SCOPE OF THE ROLE AND BASIC PURPOSE

Broad Function:

• Lead to ensure environmental management systems are complied with local regulations and ISO14001 standard including to the J&J New climate goal that related to Environmental and scope.
• Support to ensure the Sustainable improvement on environmental system to meet J&J WWEHS policies, objectives and targets • Support and Proactive engagement in the Implementation phase for the relevant project as per the Sustainability 2025 goal program for External Key stakeholders as per the regional plan and target.
• Lead the EHS Compliance for both regulatory and compliance and J&J EHS requirement Principal Responsibilities:
• Lead identifying and conducting the environmental training and other EH&S awareness programs for all employees
• Lead to ensure that all relevant and applicable report to government is submit on time and comply with the regulation in the responsible area
• Lead Road safety and Office Safety and support We Sustain Thailand team
• Ensure that the Environmental report been submitted J&J Worldwide include CURVE related report on time and regular update for the J&J Thailand site permit and license related to EHS
• Conduct continuous environmental conformance monitoring e.g., weekly audit and ensure corrective and preventive actions are established and completed on time
• Lead in preparing the document for environmental audits e.g., Government audits, EH&S assessment.
• Lead the Environmental program review to comply with EHS std. and CAPAs effectiveness closing Environmental project and campaign
• Periodically summarizes and reports environmental parameters e.g., wastewater, air emission, hazardous and non-hazardous waste to upper management levels
• Develops and maintains standard operating procedures related to environmental system e.g., air emission, wastewater, hazardous and non- hazardous waste management, chemical management, Biosafety, Radiation safety and emergency response related to the Environmental etc. and acts as the document controller for EH&S Dept.
• Ensures compliance with the requirements of local legislation, regulation, J&J EH&S Standard and other requirements
• Ensures compliance with the requirements of ISO 14001 and provide assistance to EHS&S Manager to achieve flawless audit findings on ISO 14001 annual surveillance
• Ensure that the waste disposal process has been managed follow the DIW law and payment follow J&J financial process

Qualifications

Required Competencies and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in environmental engineering or environmental science or other related fields
• Environmental Certifications (per Thailand regulations); - License of wastewater controller, License of industrial waste controller and License of air controller are advantage.
• Possess strong leadership with a good interpersonal skill, Excellent communications (Written and spoken English and the Native Language) TOEIC 850
• Newly graduate or 3-5 years in environmental management system/factory works.
