As we are growing fast, we are looking for IT Support Officer to provide on-site IT support and maintenance services to our growing customers

• Effectively resolve and fix customer IT issues. 
• Develop respond solutions to improve customer's IT infrastructure. 
• Work closely with the team to ensure timely completion of client deliverables. 
• Log issues and prepare reports to customer. 
• Support Systems Integration team with project implementation. 

• Strong IT knowledge and experience in Windows server 2003, 2008, Windows 7, XP, VLAN, VPN, firewall and network setup.
• Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills. Able to work fast and response quickly to the customer.
• Good command English .
• Have strong service mind with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good relationship and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in Unix/ Linux is a plus.
