The focus of the role will be closely supporting the SpiceRoads Finance Manager while working within a small Finance and Accounting Team.  The job will include:

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Finance and Accounting Manager and Team in delivering reports and accounting data per the agreed timetable.
• Assist the Finance and Accounting Manager if required in communications with internal and external parties.
• Produce Analysis as required, weekly and monthly, detailing company performance.
• Produce Analysis supporting the monthly financial reports.
• Issue weekly reports detailing Bank Balances and activity.
• Ensure that reports are both complete and accurate.
• As with all members of the Finance Team, offer support and assistance to internal customers.
• Supporting and problem solving for all members in the Accounting Team as and when required.
• Double check , correct input & output VAT calculation and Tax Submission.
• Reporting to Finance and Accounting Manager. 

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• A degree in Accounting.
• Thai Nationality ONLY.
• 5 years’ experience with and understanding Full Scope of Accounting Process as Accounting Officer or Sr.Accounting Officer Position.
• Experience in completing Bank Reconciliations.
• A good understanding of Accounting, Tax, Tax Law, and GAAP.
• Strong communication skills with Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Very good Express and Excel skills.
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good time management skill.
• Experience issuing reports per agreed timelines.
• Knowledge of Asia, the travel industry, along with a passion for cycling is ideal.
