Piping Manager for construction topside platform in Oil & Gas Industry.

• Managing piping discipline's resources so that it always has the necessary expertise and means to provide, supply and install cost-efficient quality solutions/products in line with Aibel's overall objectives.
• Piping discipline's results and budget, if the department has its own budget.
• Planning, progress reporting and prioritisation of the various activities within Piping discipline
• Optimal utilisation of their own resources
• Participating in tender and contract work
• Ensuring that the necessary procedures and routines are prepared and implemented for work within the department.
• Subordinate personnel in accordance with the organisational diagram.
• Information flow in the department.
• Contributing to improvement work in the organisation and actively participating in systematic improvements of work methods and procedures

• Bachelor degree or diploma in Civil, Mechanical or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years experience in construction topside platform or oil, gas & petrochemical plant or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Managerial Level
• Good Command in spoken and written English and Computer literacy
