Sales Support Supervisor
ที่บริษัท รีนุส โลจิสติกส์ จำกัด- Support to qualify potential customer to Sales / BDM / RDM.
- Overseas contact for rate request after getting information from Sales / BDM /RDM.
- Prepare official quotation and submit to customer on timeline.
- Help to provide sales lead for Sales / BDM / RDM in order to submit to overseas on timeline.
- Help to promote growth of Rhenus business by phone call if customer request more information.
- Support Sales/ BDM/ RDM in terms of follow customer documentation for new customer/new instruction such as customer company registration, Por Por 20, and other documents related to customs clearance process.
- Follow up customer shipment process by corporate with Customer Service team and feedback to Sales/BDM/RDM.
- Arrange and prepare others information per management assignment and response to enquiry timely including other special assignment.
- Have skills of problem solving and good attitude.
- Any others job assigned by superior.
- Thai nationality.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Logistics, or any related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in freight forwarding business.
- Good knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics service.
- Be able to communicate effectively with good command of English and Thai.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to work independently.
- Have service mind, good communication and team work skills.
- Computer literate.
