JOB PURPOSE

The Pre-Sales Technical team is responsible for provinding technical solutions to new and existing customers. The Presales for Power Telecom will provide technical assistance and convert customer requirement to solution for Rectifier, UPS, Battery, Cabinets, Energy saving and others Power product & Electrical product. This is the great opportunity to work with power telecom technical skill and join with friendly team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Working closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business.

- Attending meetings with sales and acting as a technical expert.

- Ensuring that the company's product & solution can deliver on the customer's requirements.

- Provide proposal, BOM, diagram and TOR to customer.

- Presenting product, solution & Proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team.

- Providing ongoing support for customers post implementation.

- An ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a way that is easy to understand.

- Provide demonstration or Proof of Concepts (PoC) about product and solution.

- Transfer technical solution and scope of work to Postsales team after project award.

QUALIFICATION

- Thai nationality and age is not over 35 years.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science or related fields.

- Good command of English.

- Good personality, Fast self-learning, Flexible & good teamwork.

- Experience in Power or Electrical field.

- Experience in Implement field.

- Good in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
