Job Description

• Present weekly progress report to Construction Manager and attend weekly site meeting & project coordination meeting.
• Construction Work Quality - Implementation of internal work procedure.
  - Monitor contractor work procedure.
  - Monitor and implement on applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
• Report to Construction Manager of any design change and variation order.
• Enforce site safety policy and provide technical support and solve site operational problem.
• Review all contractor payment claims and review all the construction drawings, specification and quantity.
• Monitor material and equipment resource.
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities & resolving problems.
• Monitoring contractor work sequence & contractor labour resource and supervising project handing over including room unit transferring to the customers.

Requirements:

• Male or Female and Thai nationality only.
• Age 30-38 years.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Construction Engineering.
• At least 3 - 5 years experience.
• Able to use AutoCAD, MS Office.
