• As an Office Manager cum Personal Assistant, your role is extremely broad and vary on a day-to-day basis. This includes, but not limited to:
• Translation work (English – Thai).
• Reply to messages on Facebook / Instagram / Email / LINE.
• Simple graphic design (preferably photoshop skills).
• Handle special assignments i.e. recruit and manage temporary staff for events, distribute marketing materials to restaurants, generate sales leads ...
• Manage office matters and coordinate with 3rd party service providers (business card printer, photographer, pay bills...).
• Organize documents for submission to accountant.

• Candidate must possess at least 2 years of work experience.
• Speak English and Thai fluently.
• Able to take instructions well, enjoy supporting people, with a can-do attitude.
• Skilled communicator.
• Past work experience in F&B industries is a bonus.
