Our client is the world's leading major international manufacture and marketing of healthcare solutions including medical gloves, industrial gloves with branches worldwide. Their high trusted quality products include manufactures and markets high-performance, multi-use protection solutions specific for hand, foot, and body protection, for a wide-range of Industrial applications. They have established their own factory and head office which is located in Thailand. They are currently expanding aggressively in Thailand and Asia Pacific region and now they are seeking Utility Engineer. This position will report directly to Maintenance Manager.

•  Develop and improve utility equipment and systems.
•  Oversee the utilities/facilities and other related in factory.
•  Oversee building construction and infrastructure and improvement.
•  Monitor all risk of using electricity and other utilities to comply with load capacity
• And, able to identify any areas of risk.
•  Collaborate with the Environmental and Safety Team to improve Energy
• Conservation.
•  Plan and control budget and cost.
•  Ensure compliance with Industrial Regulation and Laws.
•  Contacts government organization to report and consult if any matters.

•  Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related
• fields
•  At least 3 years experienced in Utility, Facility or related field
•  Strong leadership and management skills
•  Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•  Good interpersonal skills and able to work well under pressure
