Key tasks:

• Overall manage Customer Relations Department, who are taking care of international and domestic clients, our clients are mainly listed in fortune 500 worldwide.
• Maintain and grow customer’s accounts and portfolio
• Ensure on time delivery schedule to clients; meet budget revenue from existing clients.
• Co-ordinate with related departments on clients’ new requirements to ensure timely respond to clients.
• First level of support to existing client accounts.
• And other tasks might assign by superior.
• Report to Logistics Division Manager

Qualifications:

• Male or Female, age 35-45 years old.
• Bachelor in Business Administration or related field. Candidate holding Master degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in customer relation management or related.
• Mature, responsible, able to work under high pressure.
• Experience in problem solving and project management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possessing high self-confidence and strong leadership skill, teamwork, self-motivated, initiator, yet a positive team player.
• Fluent in spoken and written English (TOEIC score 700+)
• Good command in Ms Office. Knowing SAP is an advantage.
