JOB DESCRIPTION

Administration

• Arranging office admin facilities HQ and Branch
• Purchasing office supplies, stationeries, and consumer goods
• Coordination with Juristic building of office’s management, damage and Fixing, and maintenance
• Monitoring the company’s insurance and broker‘s license renewal
• Updating the company‘s documents or/and requirements from time to time
• Assisting in the communication office’s health and safety
• Other tasks as per the assignment

HRM

• Checking time attendance and generating a diligent report for monthly payroll
• Overtime calculation for all driver
• Filling yearly tax for all drivers and messengers
• Be the administrator of the HR online system i.e. Leave, work outside, and employee record
• Creating HRIS for Human resources matter i.e survey form and testing form
