DESIGNATION : HR Executive
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Control and keep records for personnel administration on:

• Annual and other leave control

• Social security fund

• Provident fund

• Health Insurance

• Group Accident insurance

• Maintain employee personal files – both hard copies and online copies.

• Contact and produce the monthly report for the Social Security Office. Adhere to the latest changes of government policy.
• Manage the provident fund & loan application for staff. - Work with the provident fund management firm in maintaining the eligibility list, adding new joiner names, and removing the leaver names.
• Prepare payroll reports for submitted to accounting.
• Any other HR projects and responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Over 3 years' experience in HR & Admin function.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Good attitude, service mind and able to work under pressure.
• Extensive knowledge of Labor Protection Law.
• Expert of Excel, Microsoft office, Outlook and other.
