Business Intelligence Analyst/ Data Reporting
ที่เอคอมเมิร์ซ จำกัด- Owning all Ecommerce data and analysis related to sales, inventory and customer data across all online channels (Brand webstore, Lazada, LINE, etc.)
- Design, construct, test, implement and optimize Business Analytics and Business Intelligence solutions
- Participate in solution implementations, upgrades, enhancements and conversions
- Developing and executing database queries and conducting analyses
- Evaluate and improve existing BI systems
- Designing and preparing regular reports to be used by the multi-channel management team, the company's management as well as Brand clients
- Producing insightful reports for leading Brand clients such as L'Oreal Group, Nestlé, HP, AIS, etc.
- Providing recommendation to the team and management regarding product ordering, category/assortment dynamics and general economics of the business
- Preparing business presentation for meetings with clients and channels
- Degree in Information Technology or business related fields with experience in Business Intelligence/ Data Warehouse/ Business Analytics, solution design and implementation.
- Strong SQL and Excel ability
- Knowledge of Powerpivot, Access, Power BI, Qliksense, Jasper, Pentaho would be a plus
- Ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and to deliver reports on time
- Fluent Thai and able to communicate in English
