Responsible for ensuring both excellent logistics performance and optimal logistics solutions to serve customer needs by applying data driven analysis across distribution chain. The core activities may include (but not limited to) developing logistics market intelligence, demand planning, operational KPIs monitoring, route planning, network design, freight cost optimization, import & export solution, transporter negotiation as well as initiating improvement ideas.

• Align with Marketing & Sales to conduct effective distribution demand forecast using both quantitative and qualitative approaches
• Identify customer needs and requirements in terms of logistics services, understand demand pattern, competitive environment, etc.
• Identify fleet capacity requirement and collaborate with key strategic transporters to optimize distribution planning
• Monitor, analyze and follow up the actual distribution plan, transportation freight cost as a part of performance management and continuous improvement.
• Routinely monitor related KPIs such as on-time performance, fleet availability, inventory replenishment cycle, material handling equipment usage, backhaul utilization, transport efficiency, etc.
• Conduct a feasibility study on related improvement initiatives as well as manage projects contributing to higher process efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Master or Bachelor degree in Logistics/Engineering/Applied Science/Data Science/Economics/Business Administration
• Preferred to possess work experience in logistics and supply chain management or related fields
• Knowledge of Logistics Management, truck operation and distribution
• Required Skill in Analytic and problem-solving skills and presentation skills
• Good Interpersonal skill for communication/coordination, cross-functional collaboration
• Fluent in Business English communication both written and spoken (TOEIC score >700)
