HR Officer (Leadership Development)
ที่ปูนซีเมนต์นครหลวง จำกัด (มหาชน SCCC)- Provide input and propose initial analysis for short-term employee learning and development framework aligned with business direction for all employees and new joiners to build capability and standard across the organization.
- Plan, manage, execute and evaluate outcome of corporate learning & development program as planned in the development roadmap
- Provide and monitor data to support accurate reporting, forecast, planning and decision making, of resources including budgeting for responsible development interventions
- Provide consultation on people development, training master plan and other development program to employees in responsible business units
- Perform HR project and HR tasks as assigned
- Bachelor Degree or higher in HR or related filed
- At least 3-5 years experiences Human Resources Development (HRD), HR Consultants, Organizational Development (OD) or related field. Prefer from Top Domestic Company
- Knowledge of Learning and development design of employee capability development (including design, technology, delivery and assessment)
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Creativity and good problem solving skills
- Computer literacy in Ms-programs (Words, PowerPoint and Intermediate Excel)
- Good command of English both speaking and written correspondence (TOEIC Score > 650)
