Report to: Head of HR Business Partner

Location: Head office, Bangkok

• Work in partnership with departmental leadership teams and collaborating with line managers and consultants to proactively identify areas where HR can add value and ensure effective solutions are delivered in line with a business objectives such as succession planning, change management, leadership development, and etc.
• Contribute to the business strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritize and build organization capabilities, behaviors, structure.
• Support line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirement in line with the functional / business strategy.
• Develop and implement people strategies and policies to achieve corporate/business objectives.
• Manage and develop full spectrum of Human Resources, compliance with labor laws & regulations and corporate policy, all including HR practices

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, Master Degree is preferred.
• 10 years working experience in HR Business Partner, HRM role with a well-known organization, familiar with change and fast-paced environment
• Proven experience in handling commercial business units such as sales & Marketing with the no. of staffs over 200+ will be advantage
• Experienced in dealing with difficult stakeholders, Top Management level and Expat management level
• Strong in change management with the adaptability and negotiation skills
• Good in presentation and communication skills
• Understand the HR Policies & Procedures and Business Acumen
• Self-initiative, People Oriented and strong Leadership skill.
• Very good command of Business English communication both spoken and written
