Tour Coordinator Staff
ที่เอช.ไอ.เอส.ทัวร์ส์ จำกัด- Responsible for communication with Japanese branch
- Coordination with the operation department with our offices in booking land services
- Taking care Japanese customer who come to visit Thailand
- Answering customer's question. and support when they have an emergency case
- Bachelor Degree in Japanese or the Hospitality industry
- Good command of Japanese both verbally and in writing is essential (JPLN1 - N2)
- Knowledge of Thailand tourism
- Experience Travel agency is an advantage
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and excellent
- computing skills
- Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and work flexible hours during peak
- season can work in shift
